T-shirts: sizing and delivery information
Delivery information
You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order. Our shop team will then dispatch your order from The MERL within two business days of receipt.
International customers, to track your order, please email t.a.woodhouse@reading.ac.uk for your tracking reference number.
We are using the Royal Mail and their global partners to deliver our parcels. A signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel.
For UK customers, the Royal Mail 2nd class delivery aim is 3 business days.
For Worldwide customers, the delivery aim is 7 business days. Delays in other national postal services, however, have on occasion lengthened the delivery time by an extra 7 business days.
For European customers, delays at the new customs border due to Brexit means that delivery times are highly variable. Some national postal services are also prioritising domestic mail over international postage. This means deliveries can take between 5 and 25 business days.
International Customers
In line with the University Webstore Terms and Conditions, customs charges may apply to international deliveries. They are payable by you, as we are unable to pay them on your behalf.

- Chest: Measure all around your chest just below your armpits.
- Waist: Measure around your waistline, where your trousers would button up.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Height: Your natural height.

- If you fall between the sizes, go for the larger of the two.
- Please note, Size 18 is not yet available for purchase. We are working with our supplier to offer this size in the near future.
