About this event
Drop in between 11am – 1pm each second Sunday of the month and enjoy a different activity based on various themes related to The MERL and its collections.
Why not bring a picnic or enjoy lunch in The MERL café too?
8 September – Animal inspired: Make your own badge
The theme for this September’s drop-in is all about animals. Have fun designing and creating your own badge in 2D or 3D, inspired by your favourite animal. Choose a farm animal or one that lives wild in the country side. You might also be inspired by the animals you find around our museum, real, knitted, carved or painted!
Suitable for families with children aged 3 – 12 (we encourage accompanying grown-ups to help their children).
