Mark Loxton (born 1948), is a landscape architect, most notable for being the former Director of Shankland Cox, an international firm of planning consultants specialising in urban and regional planning, urban design, architecture, landscape and tourism. Many of these larger projects have been based in Asia and the Middle East.
Loxton graduated from the Manchester Polytechnic School of Landscape Architecture in 1972, joining the LI in the same year. He also worked as a trainee Landscape Assistant for the Greater London Council Parks Department.
This collection consists of reports and plans from the major projects Loxton worked on during his time at Shankland Cox, as well as material from his time working for Brian Clouston & Partners.
