Magical Lights, My Way

About this event

Explore our galleries and garden after dark, transformed by lights. Make a lantern, discover our Night-Time Rat Trail, enjoy light and shadow activities and find illuminated surprises along the way. 

• Suitable for families with children aged 3 – 11
• Booking
• All children must be accompanied by an adult and we encourage parents/carers to assist with all activities. Accompanying adults free.
• Some activities are outdoors, so please ensure you dress for the weather!

The My Way session is a calmer, lower-capacity version for neurodivergent children and families, with smaller crowds, sensory considerations and a more relaxed experience. We will also provide:

• Pre-visit sensory maps
• Sensory backpacks and ear defenders
• Break-out spaces

All activities are optional and you can visit at any point within the event times. We also send out a social story in advance, including details of how to enter and exit the event.
