Dairy Collection
Extent: 4000+ printed items
This collection comprises large deposits from the disbanded libraries of the former Milk Marketing Board and the former National Institute for Research in Dairying. Includes a large proportion of unusual literature, such as reports, pamphlets and overseas publications.
Books, pamphlets and periodicals relating to dairying and dairy products and processes can also be found in the main MERL library collection.

- This collection is held in closed access and items for consultation need to be requested via the Reading Room.
