About this event
In this exhibition, postgraduate students from Reading School of Art explore the theme of ‘time’. How does time shape our understanding of rural life – its past traditions, present realities and future possibilities?
Inspired by The Museum of English Rural Life and its collections, the students have created artworks across a range of media, including art projection, clay, performance, print, textile, video, and everyday items. Their artworks explore personal histories, rural cultures, and connections across the globe.
The artists featured in this exhibition are Amal Aljaber, Caitlin Croft, Chantal Ferrer, Julia Hopkinson, Dima Husseim, Mark Lumsden, Birhanu Menter, Francesca Wright and Yujie Xing.
