Can you spot the 12 rats hiding in our galleries?

Each rat wears a unique costume representing a different experience of countryside childhood: from farmhands, to chimney climbers, to a countryside evacuee.

Pick up your rat spotter sheet at the entrance to the galleries. Once you’ve found as many rats as you can, bring it to the front desk to collect a sticker.

If you’d like to come back and do the Rat Trail many more times, check out our Rat Trail Passports (£5) in the museum gift shop. Collect all the stickers to receive a special certificate!
