JOIN US AT THE MERL TO MEET THE MILLER’S ARK ANIMALS AND ENJOY THE GARDEN

Bring a picnic and blanket and enjoy a range of hand-on activities from The MERL and visit real farm animals from Miller’s Ark.

List of free activities to enjoy on the day:

• Miller’s Ark mobile farm – pet and feed the animals
• Federation of Children’s Book Groups Reading branch: Get comfortable and enjoy storytelling
• Willow Craft activity: make hearts and charms and include your green pledge
• BBOWT: find our more about about the Wildlife Trust and enjoy colouring and craft activities
• SEE and EAT: Enjoy a planting activity and learn about the UoR research project, focussed on how to introduce variety into children’s diets
• Garden games and fun
• A range of garden trails including our woodland brass rubbings
• Farm animal badge-making
• A range of other activities and crafts

• Cost: Please contribute what you can at donation points on the day
• Drop-in, booking not required
• Suitable for all
