EXPLORE THE MAGIC OF LIGHT!

Celebrate family and friends and enjoy activities including:

• Candle making demonstration and optional craft*
• Festive biscuit decorating
• Magical Mystery Objects
• Decorated shepherd hut and garden
• Shadow theatre
• Torchlight animal hunt (bring your own torch please)

Suitable for families with children aged 3 – 11

All children must be accompanied by an adult and we encourage parents/carers to assist with all activities.

Many of the activities are outdoors so please ensure you dress for the weather.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of bad weather, this event may need to be cancelled at short notice.

PARKING

If the MERL car park is full, you can park in the adjacent Acacia Road car park during the time of the Magical Lights event. You will need a special parking permit (valid from 4pm – 7pm on 20 December only) displayed in your car window.

You can print out the permit yourself following this link, or collect a permit from reception at the Museum.
